Production & shipping
Each piece is handcrafted to order. Please allow 15–30 days of production before your order ships. Any pre-order or limited release shows its expected ship date on the product page.
We ship within the United States and to Canada, the United Kingdom and Europe. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
International orders
International clients are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage or other import charges due on delivery.
All sales final
Because every piece is made specifically for you, all sales are final. Orders cannot be cancelled or changed once placed.
If something isn’t right
If your piece arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos. We will repair or replace it first. If a replacement isn’t possible, we will offer a refund or store credit.
If a package is refused or returned to sender, a refund can be issued once the bag is returned to us unopened and unused.
Gift cards
GLD gift cards are delivered by email and can be used on any piece in the shop, including pre-orders and new releases. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash.
Caring for your piece
Store your bag in its dust bag when not in use, away from direct sunlight and heat. Wipe the exterior gently with a soft, dry cloth.
